Joana Lanranjeira Silva was present at the Roundtable: “Inovação alimentar para a sustentabilidade” (“Food innovation for sustainability”), on June 26th 2021, at the 2nd Edition of Summit Food With Conscience.
Joana had the opportunity to talk about the role of microalgae as an alternative food source and about the work that Allmicroalgae has developed to promote this alternative in the market.
This online Summit, that had Allmicroalgae – Natural Products as partner, focused on the climate emergency and its inevitable impact on food production systems.
