ALGAELICIOUS aims to optimise the nutritional, techno-functional, and sensory properties of the microalga Chlorella. Therefore, it brings together research and industrial production to facilitate the integration of microalgae into everyday eating practices.
The project focuses on developing new ingredients and food prototypes, driven by innovation in nutrition, functionality, and flavour.
